A relaxing moment in between visits and local discoveries. Our lunch bistro lunch menu with a large selection of Loire Valley wines and craft beers has something for everyone.

  • Caesar salad: chicken, Parmesan, anchovies, tomatoes, olives, croutons, our Caesar dressing
  • Seasonal salad :chicory, walnuts, gizzards, Roquefort cheese, raspberry vinaigrette
  • Tagliatella with grilled vegetables, homemade pesto and Parmesan
  • Tagliatella Carbonara: bacon,cream, egg and Parmesan cheese

  • Organic poached egg in Saumur red wine sauce with smoked bacon pieces
  • La Gouline – small local pie with mushrooms, rillauds (=pork), shallots, local white wine and a cheese cream sauce
  • French onion soup with Comté cheese
  • Chef’s special local pâté
  • Home smoked salmon with a lemon-dill cream
  • Beef cheek in jelly served with gribiche sauce (egg, mustard and herbs)
  • Goat’s cheese panna cotta, butternut squash, chestnut mousse
