Our booking- and cancellation conditions can be found on each booking confirmation when booking via telephone or internet/email. We will be happy to send you our booking conditions by email upon request.

Please note : if you make a booking via a third party (i.e. booking agency such as,, Logis etc…, a travel agency, gift vouchers, or via a booking website or tour operator) other than our own website, we are unable to modify or cancel your stay. The booking conditions and date of stay of that particular intermediairy are binding, the hotel can’t change these for you. We can NOT reimburse non changeable, non refundable reservations.

A bit of French consumer law for you now: in case of a disagreement between hotelier and consumer you need to inform the hotelier first. If their solution is not suitable for you, you are required to arrange mediation according to Décret du 30 octobre 2015 relatif à la médiation des litiges de la consommation: La médiation de la consommation est accessible à toute personne ayant un différend avec un professionnel qui lui a vendu un produit ou fourni un service. La médiation est un mode de résolution amiable et gratuit des litiges. Avant de saisir un médiateur, il faut impérativement que le consommateur ait contacté au préalable le professionnel pour tenter de régler le litige.
